Gear List

Across my few years of training, there are some battle tested tools I use. Below are my go-to items. If you see it here, I genuinely use it and love it.

Ballistic Trainers

Great lifting and HIIT shoes. Best lifting shoe I've ever used; super stable.

Hoka Speedgoat 5

Long distance and running shoes for distance training.

Hydration Bladder

3L hydration bladder with quick fill release top and detachable hose. Just use water; you'll gunk it up with other stuff.

Indestructible Pants

You can't destroy these. I've put them through everything. Super light, dry fast, good pockets. Prefer these to my Crye's.

MACV-2 Boots

Long range, lightweight boots with drainage.

Ruck Plates

Iron plates for your ruck. I use 20# and 30# plates.

Rucker Ruck Sack

Ruck built for long range rucking that I'll use at Selection. I also use the Rucker 3.0 for training.

Sand Kettlebells

Fill with sand to change weight. Drop on concrete (or yourself) with less worry than iron. Easy to travel with.

Sandbags

It's worth paying for a sandbag that lasts. If you break it, (good luck), they'll fix it. Worth every penny.

Tactical Shorts

Ten Thousand Tactical Shorts with Liner, 5". Love these so much, wear them almost daily. They handle brutal attacks. Wearing them while typing this.
